Governance Institute of Australia originally engaged Kaushik to write and deliver our inaugural capability-aligned short course in ESG. As a contractor course author, he was professional, organised, and a pleasure to work with. Further to that, as a course presenter he is engaging, knowledgeable and able to draw upon his vast experience to deliver content in a way that is both accessible and at the cutting edge. We were so delighted we have since engaged him for another assignment and look forward to a long partnership with the Institute and the Governance Academy.

Kaushik facilitated an 8-week program on Change management for sustainability in industry. Expertise on sustainability blended with the journey industry has to embark on and the challenges to evolve to a better tomorrow. A well-structured and delivered learning program that flowed and encouraged all participants to engage.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Kaushik throughout the course. He was able to clearly articulate and work through each learning module while still ensuring to capture all the key learning requirements. I have known Kaushik for a few years now. I had the privilege of working with and learning from Kaushik on an impactful career changing ESG and Sustainability enterprise project. This was one of the major strategic projects that was going to uplift a global organisation to the next level. Our delivery timeframes were tight and we had to build a first of its kind ESG reporting solution. In ESG, a lot of stuff was new to a lot of people at the time. We had to rely on Kaushik's industry knowledge, competence and experience to demystify the business challenge, define the building blocks, influencing and managing various stakeholders, and bringing people together to deliver a successful data enabled ESG Reporting technology platform. I also enjoyed just working with Kaushik and I hope there will be an opportunity to work with him again in future. Kaushik is a consummate sustainability professional who is able to effectively create a path for business to navigate the journey to sustainability. This journey requires keen commercial instincts and highly developed communication skills.
