THE CHALLENGE

Understanding the context before acting.

Orka Advisory was engaged by a global telecommunications
company to deliver a workshop titled “ESG Value Creation: Embedding ESG into Operations” to participants across the Asia Pacific region. The objective of the session was to explore the importance of embedding ESG principles into the core operations of a business to drive sustainable value. The workshop covered the fundamentals of ESG, sustainable value creation, and practical insights on integrating ESG into daily decision-making processes.

Workshop Design

Developed a comprehensive curriculum focused on ESG fundamentals, the significance of sustainable value creation, and the integration of ESG considerations into business operations. The sessio addressed expectations around ESG issues, such as net zero GHG emission goals, decarbonisation strategies, and ethical business practices, ensuring that participants understood how to maintain business value and customer trust through effective digital security practices.

Facilitation

Delivered an interactive and engaging session that equipped
participants with knowledge about ESG value creation, including trends and expectations around social and governance issues. The workshop provided actionable insights on how to inspire and develop teams, create long-term business value, and positively contribute to society and the environment.
