Orka Advisory was engaged by the Governance Institute of Australia to develop an ESG short course and a micro-credential and a Sustainability Reporting short course aimed at enhancing the ESG knowledge of board members and executives. Following the successful completion of these courses, Orka Advisory was further tasked with facilitating a series of 1/2 day ESG workshops.
The engagement was structured around the workstreams required to address the client's specific context, priorities and objectives.
Authored comprehensive ESG and Sustainability Reporting short courses and an ESG micro-credential tailored to the needs of GIA members.
Conducted series of half-day ESG workshops in Sydney and Melbourne, engaging board members and executives.
Each workstream contributes to the broader objective of helping the organisation move forward with greater clarity, capability and confidence.
